Bailey McAdams, LPC
Bailey has been practicing for 15 years in the Colleyville area.

She has a Masters in Counseling from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Texas Tech University. She specializes in helping individuals with anxiety and trained in Child Parent Relationship Training.

Bailey is a warm and open individual with a desire to implement strategies with consideration of a person’s interests, personality, and developmental abilities. She uses a variety of different techniques including art related interventions, Bibliotherapy (using workbooks, literature, etc.), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (goal-oriented therapy that seeks to challenge negative thinking patterns to improve emotions, physical symptoms, and behaviors), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (structured model using mindfulness to improve negative thoughts, reactions, and social relationships), and Sandtray therapy (creative, non-verbal intervention to help one process their world around them).
Bailey was named a Mom Approved Therapist for three consecutive years with DFW magazine
